Meet Dr. Parmar
Foot and Ankle Surgeon
Hi! I am a board certified podiatric physician and surgeon. I specialize in all aspects of Podiatric Medicine and Foot and Ankle surgery. I practice in the heart of Silicon Valley, California.
My training at various hospitals throughout the Bay Area as well as around the nation have exposed me to a wide range of complex pathologies of the lower extremity.
Some of my expertise include: surgical and non-surgical treatments for many common pathologies of the lower extremity such as: tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, hammer toe deformity, bunion deformity, ankle instability, foot/ankle arthritis, diabetic foot pathologies, limb salvage, and wound care, to name a few.
Outside of practice, I love to volunteer at health screening events, homeless clinics, and serve many underserved communities throughout the Bay Area. I am also keen on research and continue to expand my skills and knowledge in the field to best serve the needs of my patients.

I strongly believe that patients play a crucial role in dictating their own care and treatment. I maintain a high focus on mutual decision-making with my patients by understanding their lifestyle, goals of care, and family situation to best formulate a course of treatment that fits their needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, sketching, mentoring, and volunteering at BAPS non-profit organization.

In Foot for Thought, I hope to shed some insight on common concerns regarding the foot and ankle through my experiences.
